These Terms govern your use of DueSetu (the "Service"), operated by DueSetu. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the Service

DueSetu is a customer payment tracker and udhar khata. Free calculators on the public site need no account. The signed-in ledger is a bookkeeping service: you are responsible for the accuracy of records you enter and for how you collect dues. Invoices and receipts are provided as business documents you generate; they are not legal advice.

2. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that results produced by the tool are accurate, complete, or fit for any particular purpose.

3. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DueSetu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

4. Intellectual property

The Service's name, design, and original content are the property of DueSetu. Content you process with the tool remains yours.

5. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
